Ivan + Goats = Danger
Today, we received an email from an individual in Texas. He is concerned about the potential for widespread outbreaks of goat trauma following the arrival of Tropical Storm Ivan.
C.A. says in his email:
"On another note, I see that Ivan (the tropical storm) is headed our way. We have a petting zoo here and I am always afraid of what may happen when the flood waters rise so high that the goats can swim over the fence to freedom!!! Where do you think they will go? We have thousands of children in this city that need protection!"
Clearly, this is a serious cause for concern at the CGTF. We recommend that individuals within a ten mile radius of a petting zoo or other significant goat population be alert and on their guard at all times, both before and after any flooding occurs. We also suggest that parents educate their children about the evils of goats and teach them Basic Goat Avoidance skills. Ideally, the Foundation would like to see all children able to defend themselves like this young boy here.
You're never too young to know how to protect yourself from Goat Trauma.
Our counsellors will be watching the storm as it progresses and be ready to dispatch quickly should reports come in of escaped goats terrorizing the population of Texas. Please keep up posted as to any developments.
